CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises, assists and reviews the work for the Manager.
- Follows and translates for the Manager in every meeting.
- Translates documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Manages products, sales, campaigns on Shopee official malls.
- Contacts outsourced stakeholders for quotation and makes orders
- Should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English: IELTS 6.5, TOEIC 750, or relevant English certification from these level is highly recommended
- High responsibility for work.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Be a careful, honest, and quick learner.
- Have a quick sense at work to follow up with the CEO and Manager.
- Strong organizational skills, especially multitasking.
- A calm manner and good interpersonal skills to adapt easily to pressure.
- Without experience will be trained.
- Have experiences in content work or E-commercials are highly recommended, otherwise you will be trained.
