Mô Tả Công Việc

* Business Planning and Management:
a. Business Management
- Prepare & update Delegation and Proxy Regulation that governs the authority of internal decision-making process
- Prepare annual KPI evaluation standards, KPI plan, and follow company's performance execution
- Manpower planning and report
- Review monthly budget
- Reviewing internal manuals and procedures
b. Business Planning
- Reviewing annual business plan (Revenue and expense)
- Conduct cost-benefit evaluation for business projects
c. Contract Management
d. Market Research
- Update Market research reports (competitors, business sectors etc.) upon requests

* Business Reports:
a. Monthly P&L reports (in Korean)
- Carry out revenue / expense analysis and prepare monthly P&L analysis reports (under IFRS and VAS)
b. Other business reports
- Prepare/ clean data of revenue and expense details to update business reports on Power BI
- Build the financial model to evaluate the business results, analyze break-event point, pricing and other tasks of team

*Other:
- Collect and prepare meeting reports and meeting minutes
- Translate and interpret in Korean upon requests

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree or higher, preferably with major in Finance and other related majors (finance or similar job (audit, financial analyst...)
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business planning, corporate finance, corporate strategy or other related fields
- Excellent Excel skills (experience in Power Query and/ or Power Pivot, Power BI is a plus)
- Excellent communication & written Korean, with experience in preparing report in Korean
- Fluent in business English
