Handling Pricing: Negotiate and secure competitive rates with carriers.
Manage CS and Operation Team: Oversee customer service and operational teams to ensure efficient and effective performance. Implement training and development programs for team members.
Follow Up Irregularities or Problems: Address and resolve operational issues and irregularities promptly.
Assists Upper Manager in Supervising Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Handles Customer Statistics and Reports: Prepare and analyze customer statistics and reports. Update systems and manage special requests from customers.
Performs Other Duties as Assigned: Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the position. Support and share workloads with other teams when necessary.4-5 years of experience in air operations.
Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
