1. Training Delivery:
• Responsible for executing the training plan approved; organizing and conducting training courses, demonstrations and workshops including skills and knowledge on health and beauty field
• Responsible for delivering “Induction for new staffs /Orientation” and “Buddy Program”
• Ensure the trainees fully understand how to use health and beauty products at the store, and can advise customers on beauty and health products through test and examination.
• Assist L&D Manager to work with the Department Head to organize training courses on soft skills and functional skills;
2. Training Result Measurement & Report:
• In collaboration with Training and Development Manager and others to conduct training need analysis of employee at Store and Store Support Center (SSC)
• Record all attendance of trainees and conducting initial assessment on skills and knowledge acquired pre and post training;
• Assist Manager to track customer feedbacks, and business results to improve and develop training activities.
• Report the weekly/ monthly /yearly training activities
• Report the training cost (Month/Quarter/Year)
3. Training material:
• Design materials including online and offline, apply diverse training methods, to bring effective learning to learners.
• Contact the supplier of the brand/company providing the planned or required training solution;
• Archive and update training materials;
4. Engagement and other activities:
• Participate as Committee of the Company Engagement as assigned.
• Support on communication as assigned and other tasks as requested by HoD and Line Manager
