- Search, monitor, evaluate and select suitable suppliers (Tìm kiếm, theo dõi, đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp phù hợp).
- Negotiate prices, business cooperation policies on distribution, consignment, payment methods and deadlines, delivery conditions, warranty... (Thương lượng giá, chính sách hợp tác kinh doanh phân phối, ký gởi, phương thức và thời hạn thanh toán, điều kiện giao hàng, bảo hành...)
- Purchasing, placing orders, making requests for advance payments for shopping costs, making payments, reconciling purchase debt with NCC (Mua hàng, đặt hàng, thực hiện yêu cầu tạm ứng chi phí mua sắm, thanh toán, đối chiếu công nợ mua hàng với NCC)
- Synthesize and establish useful data sources for purchasing activities: vendor list, price list, input prices, etc. (Tổng hợp và thiết lập nguồn dữ liệu hữu ích cho hoạt động mua hàng: vendor list, price list, giá đầu vào,..)Job Requirement
- Priority is given to foreigners.
- Experience in purchasing is an advantage - without experience, training will be provided
- Skills in arranging, distributing work, monitoring/managing work and keeping records scientifically/effectively, and on time.
- Honest, proactive, enthusiastic, responsible, works independently, works well in a team, can withstand work pressure.
- Ability to analyze, make decisions and solve problems.
- Good communication, negotiation and negotiating skills.
