1. Government relationship
- Assist Head of Legal in building and maintaining professional relationships with officials at local and government;
- Assist Head of Legal in cooperating with the mass communication (focused on Journal Legal, and e-newspaper).
2. Business Legal affairs:
- Complete, follow up documents/dossiers submitted to State Bank of Vietnam, DPI, other authorities regarding business operation;
- Draft, review contracts/agreements/letters/others;
- Provide legal advice to business on all legal related matters;
- Attend the necessary meetings and advise on legal matters if there are critical issues;
- Standardize templates of contracts/agreements and other legal documents;
- Litigation, inspection support: complete necessary documents; cooperate with law firms to deal with cases; coordinate to handle list of cases of Litigation, inspection;
- Assist Head of Legal in coordinating, managing works of Department.
3. Compliance
- Review, update or enhance internal processes and regulations;
- Coordinate, manage updating new regulations to ensure all regulations affecting on Company’s operation will be updated: daily, monthly, quarterly;
- Work with relevant Departments on the process of gap analysis of new regulations.
- Periodical training for the employees.
