Job Description:

• Design and implement custom digital and analog circuits for high speed and ultra-low power SRAM macros.

• Bit cell margin analysis and SRAM design tradeoffs.

• Responsible for working with logic/architecture team to formulate design specifications.

• Define architecture/topologies optimizing for PPA and yield.

• Work with layout team to oversee the design.

• Perform backend and front-end verification.

• Work with product and test engineers for product ramp-up

• Work with FA and yield teams for process and yield improvement
