Mô tả công việc

Build and update contents schedule on FPT Play platforms (SmartTV, Mobile and Web) and other partnership platforms
Collect and analyze data to adjust programming strategy in order to maximize number of Watched Users, Time-on-View of each title in the library on a daily, weekly basis.
Provide insights on what’s working and what’s not, and make content recommendations to Content Production
Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute creative, quantifiable programming campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
Have a big influence on what's popular in entertainment and know a lot about the industry.
Stay on top of the latest trends across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other media platforms.
Oversee and responsible for logistic activities including: poster design, metadata collection, subtitle, QC movies to ensure smooth delivering on any platforms.
Working closely with Content Production for setting annual/ quarter/ monthly/ weekly KPI for SVOD titles
Propose appropriate price and promotion for SVOD titles to maximize transactions and revenue of SVOD business
Responsible for preparing monthly KPI for the team and reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis
Regularly manage and update FPT Play library database compare to other competitors in the market and act accordingly

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor ‘s Degree or equivalent experience
Have 3-5 experience in similar position
Experience of programming and optimizing for engagement on a digital platform
Ability to drive your own work independently, leading multiple projects with many stakeholders
Stellar skills in creating strategic plans and present your ideas in a compelling way to teammates and executives
Excellent analytical skills and experience drawing insights from internal and external data
A deep understanding of audience segments and targeting content to meet the needs of various audiences
Passion for the entertainment and culture space and a great eye for quality content and talent
Strong command of the broader digital landscape and an interest in keeping up to date with developments in web and mobile platforms and applications
Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
