- Develop and organize the implementation of Agent development programs and plans, support and supervision of Agents to promote agents with the best sales.
- Support the Dealer in implementing sales plans, projects, promotional policies, and synthesizing the Dealer's sales programs.
- Support Dealers to train and guide Dealer Sales Staff
- Receive information and handle problems that arise during the sales process;
- Monitor and be responsible for debt collection from Agents according to Company regulations.
- Collect information about new products on the market, competitors, opinions of agents and customers to advise the Director.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:
- Number needed: 01 person
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Design or related fields;
- Proficient in using office computers and work-related software;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of construction materials and furniture in a similar position;
- Passion and love for business;
- Have strategic vision, ability to position products, diplomatic skills and conquer customers;
- Know how to maintain and expand relationships with agents;
- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, able to withstand high pressure at work;
- Good communication in English, good sales closing and customer persuasion skills.
