JOB PURPOSE
- Execute global and regional HR strategy at a location and add a local strategy within this framework
- Implement local-specific HR initiatives within the given global frame
- Responsible for local HR performance

1. Main duties:
- Organization design and development to enhance organization effectiveness and efficiency.
- Be a change agent to make sure any organizational change goes smoothly and sustainably.
- Workforce planning, headcount, and budget management.
- Recruitment and employee experience from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Execute the global HR strategy at the location and comply with global guidelines.
- Partner with other functions to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Acting as an internal consultant for individual, team, and organizational issues, from H2R.
- Provide coaching and guidance to local managers on a range of HR matters including performance management, compensation and benefits container, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, etc.
- Implement and supervise the process & procedure of the performance evaluation for probationary, labor extension, promotion, appointment, job transfer, termination, and dismissal...
- Support the General Director in building & developing the working regulations and implementing the HR policies and procedures.

2. Supporting tasks:
- Executive C&B works: Timekeeping & day off, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT) implementation.
- Prepare report on C&B, onboard, termination, turnovers…
- Implement internal & external events (Company trips, team building, year-end party, employee birthdays…)

Employee relations and handling disciplinary matters as necessary.
Other HR operational tasks and projects as assigned by Managers.
