Summary:

• Performing Call-Offs from external suppliers acc. defined contracts
• Steering and monitoring of external supplies in terms of delivery dates & quantities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets, prepare reports and updates as and when
• required
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with local suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts award process
• Conduct research for new components and suppliers
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

• 1-3 years working experience in the defined role
