• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly deliverables and ensure completion.

• Lead the team by leading, managing, and motivating the team to ensure delivery of the agreed objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgeting and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
• Drive excellence in reliability, product quality and financial performance.
• Implement effective control of food, beverage, labor, and operating cost of all F&B retail operations to improve profitability.
• Lead, deploy and build a team of operations support resources.
• Ensuring the implement and workforce planning processes, including training systems and tools
• Understanding the local F&B market dynamics to anticipate opportunities and risks to drive business results.
• Demonstrate influential leadership and strategic direction in areas that drive same store sales growth, customer metrics and best practices for the territory.
• Coaching and influencing in all areas of operational area, including team knowledge and capability
• Build strong working relationships with partners and department heads and develop effective action plans.
• Completion and execution of other duties as assigned.
