Mô Tả Công Việc
JOB PURPOSE
- To supervise the operation of the Customer Service Department;
- To resolve cases and situations related to Customer Service activities in a timely and effective manner;
- To participate in the process of recruiting and training new employees;
- Tasks as assigned by Clinical Head.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and assign the daily operations of Customer Service Department;
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner;
- Create customer care proccesses, policies and standards;
- Build customer satisfactions goals and coordinate with relevant personnel to achieve those goals in a stable way;
- Implement effective loyalty programs;
- Make sure customer profile information is complete and accurate;
- Statistically assess the service situation and write detailed reports;
- Recruit and train new personnel;
- Manage department budget;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and procedures of the service industry

- Have a minimum of 3-year-experience in the equivalent position;
- Proficient in office informatics and proficient in the management software of the clinic;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent leadership and training skills;
- Fluent in English.

- Responsible, independent at work, not afraid to make mistakes and correct mistakes;
- Humility, respect for colleagues;
- Writing skill and present problems skill;
- Experience working in the health system (clinics, hospitals), restaurants, hotels ...
- Experienced or trained in medical management, hospital management is a big plus.
