• Managing operation of logistics & inland transportation activities & contract logistics
• Guiding logistics teams for daily activities & communicating with vendors
• Consulting & communicating with clients on logistics activities
• Responsible for logistics team and controlling operation activities of import/export custom clearance, transportation (FCL/LCL, Air, CBT).
• Monitor quality of service & cost control & utilize the best solution/cost
• Optimizing solutions for transportation modes, routes or frequency.
• Coaching/training logistics knowledge to other team members
• Reports to line manager & management weekly & monthly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years working experience in logistics operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Good at negotiation skills, decision making skills.
• Having deep knowledge on import or export logistics operation, understanding custom brokerage regulations in Vietnam
• Good at managing team and time management.
• Rather Good at English: at least writing skill to communicate with client

• Salary rank: depends on experience and capacity with annually performance bonus evaluation

• Annual salary increment evaluation subject to company overall performance
