RESPONSIBILITIES

The L&D candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and needs.

• Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs and other training materials that align with organizational goals such as train-the-trainer sessions, leadership skills, people skills, soft skills, etc.; implement strategies for individual and team development.
• Implement global L&D plans across Asia, and adjust them to the local culture as needed.
• Analyze training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback and identify areas of improvement.
• Establish relationships with external training and development vendors.
• Monitor the learning & development budget and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of training and development activities.
• Manage learning tools.
• Organize events to develop the learning culture of the company.
• Maintain learning and development policy and procedure.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in the field of learning and development.
• Other tasks assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• 8+ years of experience for expert level, and 5+ years of experience for senior level.
• Experience in the IT field is a plus.
• Proven success in creating and delivering effective training programs for Employee and Leader levels.
• Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• For expert level: Have experience in creating and delivering effective training programs for Manager level.
