You will provide full- life cycle recruiting services to internal stakeholders. You&039;ll have exposure to the most advanced talent acquisition solutions, including advanced industry recruiting practices, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and opportunities to work for all kinds of recruitment programs.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Participate in regional & global recruitment programs.
Create innovative sourcing strategies and promote employer branding initiatives (job fairs, recruitment events) to bring the best talent.
Manage the candidate pipeline through various channels and build a good relationship with potential candidates in the long term.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the hiring manager, HRBP and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Manage end- to- end recruitment process for the company, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
Strong understanding of the talent in Vietnam and all sourcing avenues.
Analyze hiring metrics, market mapping and competitor status and can provide recruitment insights to the business.

Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT industry; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
Strong written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
