Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Tester to join our development team. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services through the implementation of high-quality and efficient testing.

Location: Ha Noi

Salary: Up to $1200/month + Quarterly Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and analyze customer requirements and specification documents.
• Write test plans, test cases, test reports, checklists, user guides, and other related documents.
• Conduct peer reviews of test cases.
• Perform manual testing to ensure product quality before delivery to customers.
• Log detailed software defects in the project management tool.
• Track bug-fixing progress and verify fixes before closing issues.
• Collaborate with Dev and BA teams to ensure product quality before release.
• Guide and support Test team members, contribute to process improvements (if any).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in IT, Management Information Systems, or related fields (e.g., economics, etc.).
• From 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Preferred: Experience in ERP system, E-commerce (wholesale, retail,...)
• Solid understanding of software development and testing processes (experience in Agile/Scrum is a plus).
• Proficient in SQL queries for work purposes.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills, proactive, and enthusiastic about assigned tasks.
