About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer (Cloud) to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java development, with extensive experience using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.This role requires expertise in AWS cloud services, including AWS Fargate, AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR), AWS RDS, and AWS CI/CD pipelines.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet our business needs.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using AWS Fargate and AWS ECR.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Responsible to deliver high quality codes for implementations.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve software development processes.
Ensure system readiness for cloud deployment and compatibility with cloud-native technologies.Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on Java development.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services, including AWS Fargate, AWS ECR, AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), and AWS CI/CD.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., SVN, Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
Experience with other AWS services such as AWS Fargate, RDS, CloudWatch and ECR.
Experience with database design and management (SQL for Oracle & PostgreSQL and NoSQL for MongoDB).
