Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of Local Workflow Approval System.
Liaise with vendor partners for technical support, addressing and resolving any issues for local workflow approval system.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective workflow solutions.
Organize user and vendor meetings and manage daily tasks and schedules through Azure DevOps to monitor performance.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
Plan and assess cloud-based solutions, working with stakeholders during migration processes.
Project Manager for the Local Workflow modules Enhancement with HOPES.
Conduct regular audits and ensure documentation compliance with ISO standards.
Participate in Global Business Process Management (BPM) project. Overseas business trips may be assigned.
Be part of the New Quotation (CPQ) regional implementation and support member.
Able to contribute some AI activities in the areas of workExperience
8+ years of relevant experience in application development and project management.
Proven experience with MS DevOps, MS Power Platform, and CI/CD in Azure environments.
Extensive experience in managing, deploying, and supporting cloud-based applications.
Proficiency in database systems such as SQL.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
Some programming knowledge using Python.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
Ability to research and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI.
Understanding of Azure cloud services and deployment models (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Professional Certifications: CSM, DevOps, and Cloud Solution Architect are an added advantage.
