Candidates living in Hanoi will be supported shuttle car
Leave 2-3 Saturdays per month, work only ~6 hours on every Saturday

Mô Tả Công Việc
1) Procurement of goods (materials, fixtures, supplementary materials, equipment) from inside and outside Japan and ordering of construction work etc.
2) Coordination of management of suppliers and procurement / arrangement.
3) Coordination and management of logistics operations
4) Operations related to trade control and customs response
5) Legal compliance and business improvement related to procurement, outsourcing and logistics
6) Control PO issuing; Prepare P.O/ P.R and other related documents to submit for the Director's approval
7) Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
8) Control quality, cost and delivery; make sure to supply material, goods to other department on time with the best quality and best price; continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
9) Handle with arising matter relating to materials, work with suppliers when problem occurs
10) Input material to the warehouse, create purchasing reports

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1) Education: University graduation
2) English proficiency in 4 skills, Knowing Japanese is an advantage
3) Excellent negotiation and communication
4) At least 2-year-experience in purchasing job
5) Enthusiastic and communicative with co-workers and supervisors
6) High interpersonal skills and willing to take challenges
7) Have a good experience of export-import, logistics and purchasing and understand the whole of trade management including customs response.
8) Have experience in EPE custom procedure.
Curriculum vitae:
• Curriculum vitae in English,
• Age around 25~ 35 (preferably candidates living in Vinh Phuc)
