1. Case Study Writing:

• Develop engaging and well-structured case studies highlighting our development projects’ success.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data, insights, and client feedback to create impactful narratives. Ensure case studies reflect our capabilities and provide valuable content for marketing and business development activities.
• Facilitate and coordinate technical blog writing initiatives to help develop a robust content pool, engaging our developers in sharing their expertise and insights.

1. Service Definition:

• Craft clear and concise descriptions of our service lines to make them understandable for various audiences.
• Work closely with internal project teams and business development teams to fully grasp the value of each service offering.
• Regularly update and improve service-related content across marketing and sales materials.

1. Brand Messaging & Communication:

• Ensure our unique selling proposition (USP) is communicated clearly across all marketing materials, channels, and platforms.
• Manage communication channels such as Website, social profile, sales material, etc., and assist in maintaining alignment of messaging across all channels.
• Support Marketing Manager and BoD in developing a consistent branding and messaging strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English (7.0 IELTS or equivalent skills).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or brand messaging, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience crafting case studies, technical blogs, and marketing content.
• Experienced to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
• Experienced to work cross-functionally with technical teams, designers, and business development professionals.
• Team player with a “can-do” attitude, who exhibits a strong sense of flexibility, and project ownership.
• Business mindset, result-oriented
