1. Manage and work cross functionally to ensure consistent quality is delivered to our international customers through effective and strong communication with internal and external partners.
2. Good understanding of critical path management from sample approval to delivery of production, ensuring all critical dates are achieved.
3. Audit sourced factories, guide and prepare the factories for customer Quality Audits.
4. Collect reliable data from Factories to ensure good control of quality and respond proactively to any quality issues identified. Feed back to Sales teams of any potential risks based on data received through effective reporting.
5. Manage daily production quality through effective in line control & AQL auditing process. To be responsible to establish and manage / maintain an effective quality assurance system in the factories with an attitude of prevention and right first time.
6. Support daily production quality standards that align with each customers requirement. Ensure the production units have clear agreed standards following Tristate procedures.
7. Liaison with customers’ quality teams and representative offices and establish good working relationships and full understanding of their requirements.
8. Provide quality analysis through statistical data and to monitor against quality KPIs;
9. Train and support factory quality teams and monitor their performance for improvement planning, giving training as required in a systematic way.
10. To have good technical knowledge to work with the engineering team when required.
