Mô tả Công việc

As local IT support engineer, you will work closely with the Service Desk and other actors of the IT department.

You will be in charge of all the incidents / requests transferred to the Level 2, which includes :

Troubleshooting and resolving of complex issues that could not be resolved by the support Level 1
Proximity support delivered on-site to the end users
Preparation, configuration and delivery of devices
CMDB management
Communication (email, phone, chat)
Continuous quality improvement : report to your manager the difficulties encountered, be proactive and raised ideas of improvement, keep the documentation up to date

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Email, Network, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint

· Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software

· Experience working with ITSM tools, monitoring tools

· Experience working with asset management (hardware and software licenses)

· Fluent in English (B1 level or higher) and Vietnamese speaking is also required.

· Up to date knowledge of IT and software trend

· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support (troubleshooting, diagnosis, solving of computer software and hardware problems)

· Microsoft 365 certification, Active Directory certification and/or CCNA

· Nice to have but optional : having the possibility to intervene in Hanoi upon request (from time to time only)
