GENERAL
The role of Factory Manager will be responsible for Cashew Kernels Processing in Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing of Cashew Kernels:
- Work with local partner/partners to ensure the processing of Raw Cashew Nuts and Natural Whole Kernels into Cashew Kernels
- Develop production schedules for the raw materials as per finished good specifications and raw material arrival plan
- Ensure that the finished goods are as per the initial expected quality report with minimal deviation
- Coordinate work with maintenance and machine operators to ensure machines are running at rated capacity
- Primary ownership of the processing reports and ensuring that they are sent on a periodic basis

Quality Management and Food Safety:
- Knowledgeable about QMS like BRC and HACCP and implement them in the processing factory
- Lead quality team to ensure that the finished product was as per the customer's requirements
- Ensure practices of Food Safety are being followed in the factory and report any non-compliance
- Ensure that other factory certifications like ISO, BFSI, etc are implemented as well in the factory
- Stock management of the cargo that is processed in the factory

Budget Control:
- Track the expenses in the factory and ensure costs are below budgeted amounts
- Work with the Accounts team to ensure payments are made to vendors on time

Team Management:
- Hiring, training, supervising, and work allocation of the staff and labor at the processing factory
- Coordinate with the central logistics team to ensure timely dispatch to port or other specified location
