The Senior DevOps will lead the implementation of advanced DevOps practices, manage large-scale containerized applications, and ensure the reliability of highly available systems. They will mentor junior team members, handle complex cloud infrastructure challenges, and maintain robust security practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-level applications.
• Optimize Kubernetes cluster configurations for high availability and scalability.
• Implement and build log management using ELK, loki, grafana, promtail and cloud log service.
• Design and enforce security policies across the deployment lifecycle.
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native solutions and practices.
• Ensure the implementation of advanced DevOps security measures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years experience in DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Fluent English communication, work directly with Singapore team
• Advanced certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud, or DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm Chart, K6... are highly desirable. Willing switch from other Cloud to Tencent Cloud.
• Docker: Advanced skills in container orchestration and optimization.
• Jenkins: Expertise in designing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Kubernetes: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and scaling strategies.
• Elasticsearch: Advanced knowledge of log aggregation and analytics.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Expertise in multi-cloud architecture and automation.
• DevOps Security: Advanced understanding of securing containerized and distributed systems.
• Experience in managing databases, including NoSQL.
