We are seeking a skilled Japanese Interpreter Staff to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate effective communication between Japanese-speaking individuals and English-speaking or Vietnamese speaking within our organization and clients.
Main duties:
I: Interpreting:
Provide accurate interpretation services during meetings, conferences, presentations, and other business-related events.
Translate written documents, emails, and correspondence from Japanese to English, Vietnamese and vice versa with precision and attention to detail.
Assist in facilitating effective communication between Japanese-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity and understanding of Japanese-language materials and instructions.
Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate interpretation of marketing, Finance, legal, or specialized terminology.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information during interpretation sessions.
Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and language trends to enhance interpretation quality and effectiveness.
II: Admin:
Provide full secretarial support for General DirectorBachelor's Degree in Japanese Language, Arts or related field
Japanese, required JLPT N2/N1; Good command of English (Business Level)
At least 2 years working experience as Translator/Interpreter
This position may require occasional travel or remote interpretation sessions.
