JOB DESCRIPTION
Internal Accounting Management:

Prepare and process income and expenditure reports, and manage company cash flow.
Manage, monitor, and verify internal accounting documents.
Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Record accounting transactions in an accounting system and input data into financial reports.

Account Management and Tax:

Work with state authorities regarding taxation and accounting to ensure legal compliance.
Declare various tax invoices (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, etc.).
Reconcile internal payment documents and transactions between the company and third parties.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and work in progress (WIP).

Audit:

Conduct asset and tool inventories to ensure accurate record- keeping.
Assist in preparing internal audits.

Other Duties:

Maintain organized document storage.
Assist in addressing accounting and tax inquiries for the company.
Perform other tasks as required by the Director or company management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting.
Language: Good at English communication and writing skills (working with a foreign manager).
Experience: Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in an accounting position.
Other Requirements:

Honest, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in accounting software (Misa, Excel, etc.).
