Mô Tả Công Việc
General Job Description/
Senior Quality engineer is responsible for the generation of a strategic plan to improve the business processes and increase production output. Duties include creating the company’s quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance. Senior Quality engineers are also responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the production , Customer with efforts placed to find a solution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Process Quality under monitoring and control (QE)
- Ensure product Quality compliance according to customer requirement.
- Handle RMA with team and 8D report
- Daily issue control and report
- Ensure the fresh training and frequent training for QC team.
- Ensure KPI update , improvement action on time.
- Handle customer complaint (8D report)
- NPI meeting , management & control in proper way with team and QC
- Control and monitor ECN and Deviation with Eng team to make sure its application in production
- OBA- product inspection procedure

- Minimum 7-10 years on QE in manufacturing processes for electronic assembly, including surface mount technology (SMT), printed circuit board (PCB) assembly (SMT/Wave/Coating/Potting/Assembly)
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
- Strong coordination/organizational skills.
- Excellent skill in analyzing and solving problems.
- Quality tools: QC 7 tools, PPAP (Control Plan, …), 8D report. IPC-A-610
- Execute assignments completely, accurately, and timely, and keep appropriate personnel informed.
- Experience in 8D report, defect analysis.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree is minimum requirements. Graduate from university Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial field
Working Conditions
- 8:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, Sat if required.
- Laptop, Email, Worktable
