YOUR JOB WILL BE
Research:

• Information Gathering: Working with customer experience (CX) team to know clear about user needs, and product opportunities. Gather information from users and stakeholders and collaborate with related departments for a deeper understanding of business issues and opportunities.
• Research and analyze requirements from gathered information.
• Conduct solution audits UI/UX
• Assist in conducting usability testing and user research.

Design:

• Experience in creating design systems (UI elements, Components, Patterns,...)
• Work closely with the Product team in Head quarter to understand product logic and develop user flow.
• Prepare essential handoff documents in figma and collaborate effectively with developers and testers to meet expectations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product designs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.

Writing:

• Write clear and concise content across multiple touchpoints (including product features, emails, notifications, confirmation messages,...).

• At least +3 years of experiencein Product/UIUX Design.
• Attention to detail and always aiming for pixel design.
• Proactive in work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of technical aspects and accounting knowledge (a plus).
• Proficiency inFigma.
• Understanding of common design pattern, Laws of UX.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multi-tasks.
• Understanding Product development process.
• Understanding of research methods such as: Interview, Usability testing, Heuristic evaluation,...
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
