As part of our expansion, we are excited to set up a new factory in Vietnam and are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Factory Manager to lead our production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely production of high-end kitchens.
- Manage and coordinate the factory team to meet production targets and maintain a safe and harmonious working environment.
- Implement and optimize production processes, constantly seeking ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met to the highest standards.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the company's stringent quality criteria.
- Monitor inventory levels, plan for material procurement, and liaise with suppliers to ensure a seamless production flow.
- Lead regular team meetings to address challenges, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
