Must-have Skills

• Experience in at least one programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Python, Ruby, or similar.
• Experience with modern automation or testing frameworks, including:
• JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks running on Node.js, such as CodeceptJS, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Testing libraries such as Cucumber, Jasmine, Mocha, and Chai.
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework, or web frameworks like Django, Rails, and React is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Composing SQL queries
• Using source control such as Git or Mercurial
• Comfortable in using Linux and macOS on the command line
• A firm understanding of the HTTP request/response cycle
• Demonstrated consistent ability with:
• Leadership, emotional intelligence, and empathy skills
• A very high degree of integrity, honesty, and discretion
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documenting your work for others
• A focus on customer/user experience
• Effective standard workplace skills:
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
