We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality and stability of our products. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to test new features, uncover bugs, and contribute to delivering excellent user experiences. Candidates with experience in client-facing roles or account management will have an added advantage.

The QA Engineer will be responsible for the following one of these tasks:

• Analyze product requirements to create detailed, reusable test cases.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, UI, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Log, track, and retest bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain clear test documentation, test plans, and test reports.
• Provide timely feedback to stakeholders on product quality and release readiness.

The QA Engineer is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:.

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
• Experience in defect reporting, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of SQL and ability to validate data.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Familiarity with interpreting and translating business requirements.
• Skilled in status reporting, client follow-ups, and managing expectations.
