Mô Tả Công Việc

► Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution (60%)
- Build up the digital media plan as a solution for the brands' sales objective.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, online advertising, and partnerships, to promote our products and digital content.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal campaign results.
- Work with vendors to find the solutions if there are issues on the website and social channels.
Performance Analysis and Report (20%)
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization to maximize user engagement and ROI.
- Deep-diving into the data to find useful trends, analysis results and identify key insights.
- Create clear and concise performance reports, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.
Content Creation (20%)
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content, such as graphics, videos, and copy, that effectively communicates the value of our products and digital content offerings.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

► Requirements:
- Graduated from university.
- At least 03 years proven experience in digital marketing field.
- Experience in performance marketing for the automobile/motorcycle industry is an advantage.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and SEO/SEM.
- Good at math, good at memory and high sense of responsibility. Fundamental understanding of ads platform, familiar with ads metrics (At least 2-year experience).
- Strong time management skills and ability to be self-directed.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
