- Ensure the aesthetics of the office space matches the common standards of ZEE
- Ensure the culture, norms, and organization of in-office working.
- Manage company’s assets, equipment and stationery
- Handle procurement process and make monthly payment request
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize HR-related initiatives
- Provide support for employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any arising issues
- Assist Account Team, HR Team on documents and other work when needed
- Other tasks assigned by Branch Director and HR Manager
* Work Time: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday
