JOB DESCRIPTION
- This role involves: Leading the design renewal of our existing service.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into wire frames and prototypes.
- We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team and enhance our service with a user- friendly design. Your contributions will improve product efficiency and elevate customer experience and satisfaction.
- Designing and creating user- friendly interfaces that effectively communicate the product&039;s features and functionalities.

MUST HAVE
- Strong knowledge of visual design and wire framing tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Over 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Extensive experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Exceptional problem- solving skills with attention to detail.
- Up- to- date with the latest UI/UX design industry trends and best practices, and the ability to incorporate these into your work.
- Excellent knowledge of wire framing and prototyping tools (Adobe XD).
- Proficiency in English writing.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic Japanese reading skill.
- Front- end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).
OTHERS:
- Working time: At least 32 hours a week, flexible working time 8:00- 17:00
- Remote- friendly working, though residing in Ho Chi Minh is preferred.
