? You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent, ensuring our organization remains competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates on LinkedIn for senior and leadership roles.
• Provide professional job consultation to candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes for hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to establish a robust talent pool for future needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.
• Manage and achieve individual KPIs related to hiring targets, candidate engagement, and process efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment via LinkedIn with a focus on senior and leader hiring.
• LinkedIn Expertise: Proven track record of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage passive candidates.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter who can work independently and deliver results.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, recruitment tools, and employer branding strategies.
