Responsible for on-site commissioning, operation and maintenance of IP network equipment, network monitoring and CR submission, support equipment preliminary acceptance and final acceptance.
Maintain online devices including software upgrade, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, network analysis and report output.
Conduct technical exchanges with customers and provide performance analysis reports. Support in hosting regular customer meetings and deliver technical training.
Stay updated on IP networking technologies and industry best practices.
Complete other tasks arranged by department.Hold a bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications and electronics or related majors.
Proficiency in English or Chinese for technical communication and coordination.
Minimum CCNA/ JNCIA certification required; CCNP/ JNCIP or equivalence is prefer.
Solid understanding of IP networking, including OSI model, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), Layer 2 protocols (STP, VLAN, LACP), subnetting, NAT, ACLs, QoS, VRF, IPsec,...
Familiarity with network tools such as PRTG or Wireshark. Experience with automation tools like Python is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork ability.
