Mô Tả Công Việc

Position title: Process Engineering Leader
Reports to: Process Engineering Manager
Location: Dong Van 2 Industrial Zone, Duy Minh Ward, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province

Scope of Position:
Lead APQP & ME Team to fulfill all required tasks related to Gentherm Hanam’s Products, includes but not limited as following:
• Develop processes and launch new/transfer projects according to Gentherm APQP procedures
• Continuous Improvement for new and existing processes, projects from start of production to products end of life
• Take over leadership or specialist/key user responsible for Gentherm local projects, processes, programs, and procedures

Responsibilities:
Lead and guide APQP + ME teams to achieve:
• Production Capex budget calculation and implementation.
• New/transfer projects launching following APQP procedure.
• Continuous Improvement (CI), Value Added Value Engineering (VAVE) to new and current running projects.
• Standards of work or rework defined and implementation.
• Problems solving in daily production.
• Perform engineering changes.
• Take part in corrective actions arising from customer complaints and/or quality audits.
• Documentation for audits of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Participate in verifying new suppliers included material suppliers, outsourcing suppliers.
• New products, processes training to related staffs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience:
• 3 Year of working experiences in manufacturing
• 2 years experiences in manufacturing at the same position
Education: University Degree in technical field
Competency:
• Personality: Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, responsible
• Must adopt a practically, methodically approach towards work
• Proficient in using office tools: Outlook, MS offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient in using CAD 2D skills, be able to read understand and create technical drawings for processes
• High level of problems solving and analytical skills – able to analyses data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and argument
• Teamwork skills – able work in a team and in harmony with all team members and at the same time confident of own skills and opinions
• Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources)
• Proficient in lean tools to apply in manufacturing
• Knowledge in 6-Sigma
• Emergency handling ability
• High level of spoken and written English
