• To be in charge of Facility Operation team to ensure energy supply to shopfloor stable and optimization.
• Ensure HSE & Quality standard of work to delivery to the Customers.
• Fulfill responsibility as a member of HSE
• Fulfill responsibility for HSE job’s requirement in your areas.
• Setup all needed procedure, Work instruction, regulation, Operation plan which relevant to the Facility operation activities.
• Closely working with HSE team to build new document of Risk Assessment, Safety Operation Instruction, Facility standard & yearly revising. Do training to related people.
• Timely update Master training matrix to get approve from Manager. Review and do the training plan for Facility team and implement.
• To build training document to train facility team and related people as planning.
• Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• To lead Facility operation activities to perform all the operation work, general troubleshooting work, Predictive Maintenance work on safety and keep machine in good condition.
• General Analysis operation data to be monthly identifies operation priorities by assessing operational/maintenance objectives; determining project objectives, such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimating relevance, time, and costs.
• Meets fine turning operation by contributing to energy saving to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
• Ensure contingency plan are implemented as scenario and report.
• Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Incharge of all the automation system in term of Operation, troubleshooting, repairing and setup.
• Report direct to Manager and Other jobs are assigned by Manager
