Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for various courses at VSHR Pro Academy, from ideation to implementation.

• Content Creation: Design video and digital content, especially to promote courses, and services.

• Social Media Marketing: Strategize and post content on social media channels that align with current trends and course offerings.

• Video Production: Script, edit, and produce video content—strongly encouraged to have video editing skills.

• SEO Optimization: Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines, including YouTube videos.

• Market Research: Investigate current trends to create impactful course marketing campaigns.

• Innovation: Come up with fresh, creative ideas to boost course visibility and engagement.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with fellow team members to streamline campaign execution.

Requirements

• Passionate About Marketing: Have a genuine interest in campaign management and marketing for educational content.

• Video Editing Experience: Highly encouraged to have experience with video production (editing, scripting) to create promotional content.

• Creativity: Strong creative mindset for generating ideas and designing marketing campaigns.

• Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively in a supportive and transparent team.

• Club Participation: Involvement in student clubs (highly encouraged) to enhance collaboration and leadership skills.
