Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
Take full ownership of the recruitment process for all positions across the company, from job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews to onboarding.
Organize and follow up on onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Support Employer Branding activities in collaboration with the team member in charge.
Compensation & Benefits (30%)
Handle the entire payroll process including salary calculation, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), and relevant C&B initiatives
Manage employee benefits, both statutory and company-provided.
Maintain and update employee data including labor contracts, HR information systems, personnel files, and leave records.
Prepare HR-related reports as required.
Support other HR tasks and team activities as assigned by the HR Manager.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree or a comparable level in a relevant discipline
From 2 years of experience with proven track record of Recruitment and C&B
Good understanding of labor law and HR-related regulations
Being able to manage several tasks timely, good time management
Can-do attitude, integrity, fast-learning ability, result-orientation, high commitment and responsibility
Ability of working in an international and multicultural environment
Proficient in English language
