Research and develop new suppliers in alignment with the company's category strategy and business direction.
Collect, evaluate, and select products based on quality, pricing, origin, and documentation. Negotiate commercial terms: price, discount, payment conditions.
Work closely with the Category team to ensure selected products align with sales strategy.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Technical, Legal, Accounting, QC, Operations...) to ensure product approval, contract finalization, and system listing.
Monitor contract progress, sample status, delivery, and handle any issues with suppliers.
Maintain and update supplier and product data in internal systems.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Import-Export, Logistics, Pharmacy/Food Technology (for health-related categories).
At least 1 year of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or product development.
Strong negotiation skills, logical thinking, and understanding of supply chain or sourcing operations.
Preferred: Experience working with suppliers in food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
