About the Role:

As a MICE Event Specialist, you’ll lead the planning and execution of diverse events, including corporate conferences, incentive programs, and social gatherings. From initial concept development to post-event evaluations, you’ll collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and budgets, creating tailored proposals and creative event concepts.
• Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions while exceeding client expectations.
• Supervise on-site operations, conduct post-event evaluations, and suggest improvements for future events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance event offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in event planning or MICE operations.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s tourism landscape and industry trends.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-minded approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for negotiation and collaboration.
