The Customer Support (English & Mandarin speaking) primary responsibility is to communicate with customers and their trading partners addressing technical, training, and business process needs, problems and concerns.

• Working Time: 40 hours/week, flexible days off (02 days off), working shifts: Morning: 7 AM – 4 PM; Swing: 1 PM – 10 PM

• Work location: Quang Trung Solution Complex, Tan Chanh Hiep, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

This role is an onsite opportunity.

As a Customer Support, you will:

• Provide first-level technical support to clients and trading partners via phone, email, and ticketing system

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while proactively identifying problems and making recommendations regarding solutions

• Document support interactions, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in a clear and concise manner

• Identify issues ensuring it is properly analyzed and collaborate with internal teams for swift issue resolution

• Strictly adhere to defined procedures and processes

• Provide walk-through sessions via phone/email

• Proactively communicate with clients to provide status updates daily

• Other tasks assigned by Leader(s)/Manager(s)

Requirements for Success:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Chinese (Mandarin) & English (reading, writing); Ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely.

• Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or related field preferred

• Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help people.

• Active Listener be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times.

• Must have a strong attention to detail; Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

• Efficient able to handle and resolve client issues quickly and accurately.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Working Time: 40 hours/Week, working in shifts (Morning: 7 AM – 4 PM; Swing: 1 PM – 10 PM) with the flexibility to support a global organization.

• Work location: Helios Building, 5th Floor, Quang Trung Software, Dist. 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
