General Summary:

The Mission of the service sale Engineer is to accelerate growth of service business and achieve the target and objective in the assigned territory. He or She put in plate strategy maximum the business based on the full potential and optimizing profitability. She or He responsible to assist the Manager - Service in after sales service work for all DB equipment sold in Vietnam.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Growth the service revenue and profitability in a sustainable and consistent way in accordance with the target in the defined sale territory
• Put in place strategies and action plan to substantially increase the 1-1 ratio with focus on total install base as well as individual service product.
• Steadily increase the service contract business with focus on an long term contracts with highest customer value.
• Accelerate the overhaul business in the line with installed potential.
• Improve customer satisfaction, pro- actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback
• Lead management and consistent creation of quotation to increase efficiency and optimize customer value creation.
• Communication closely and transparently with colleagues in region and beyond to maximize customer satisfaction
• Optimize the time spent with customers and prospects.
