Dwight School Hanoi

● Assist in executing events that uphold the school’s high standards and
maximize the school-to-students/family experience.
● Contribute to the organization and scheduling of events, as well as helping to
maintain a reliable CRM with guest invites and attendances recorded
● Support events marketing through social media campaign planning and visual
asset design
● Support the school’s Paid Marketing Strategy, involving SEO, Display
Marketing, Paid Social (Facebook and local social media), and partnerships
with local publisher networks for promotion to drive event attendance
● Organize and execute event follow up and feedback in collaboration with the
Communications and Admissions teams
● Guard and enhance the Dwight School Hanoi and Dwight Schools brand
standards across all school touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence
to the standards and the protection of our brand image
