This role is for an Performance Marketing expert with a commercial mind who can grow our business. If you’re successful in the role, it will lead to promotion into management.

What's The Gig?

You’re the person in charge of:

Consulting existing and new clients on performance media to drive media and business objectives
Supporting growth and account management team on performance media opportunities
Strategise, manage and optimise full-funnel, performance media campaigns across ad platforms; Search, Social, Display, and Programmatic, App install
Facilitate measurement and tracking pixels for optimisation and performance attribution
Determine and establish campaign objectives, optimise and scale performance with A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests to achieve and deliver beyond on set KPIs
Monitor and glean insights on campaign performance across first to last digital touch point; creative, campaign analytics, web analytics
Conduct campaign performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations with internal and external stakeholders
Championing on advertising platforms and digital trends; a domain expert, platform updates, development of go to market initiatives.

Build and own a portfolio of Performance Marketing business

Work with our growth team to cultivate inbound and outbound sales
Work with our Client Services team to identify Cross-Sell opportunities from existing client relationships.
Manage, retain and grow Performance Marketing client base

Build a team

As we expand the book of Performance Marketing business, we’ll hire junior Performance Marketing Consultants to scale up.
Help hire, train and mentor junior team members and support their development
As the team grows, the opportunity for promotion from “Senior” to “Team Lead” is all yours if you’re ready for it.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Media)
Requires 1+ years of working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
Experience with benchmarking metrics such as Cost-per-Click (CPC), Cost-per-Install (CPI), Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, concepts and best practices.
Ability to develop presentations with deep insights, technical content and recommendations to customers by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journey
Good spoken and written in local language and English
Strong analytical skills. Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets to analyze large data set, deliver valuable insights to clients
High attention to details. Deep dive in details to ensure highest quality & delivery in terms of campaign set up & execution
Take ownership of campaign. Work well independently to tackle issues, learning new media channels/concepts & keep team posted on new media updates
A problem-solver in finding solutions to move customer numbers to a positive angle and able to think from the perspective of a user
Good to have experience with major E-commerce platforms: Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, PrestaShop
Knowledge of digital marketing funnel and user journey is a plus
Have a business mindset and willing to do lead generations
