Advise people on how to invest overseas to obtain a second citizenship or permanent residency through available investment migration programs in the U.S. (EB5, L1A, E-2, EB3).
This job is suitable for those who are sales-oriented, with specific responsibilities including:
- Approaching potential clients through indirect or direct channels (emails, telephone calls, face-to-face meetings, etc.).
- Build up partnership with sub-agents, regional centers
- Becoming an added value partner with our high-net-worth clients by advising them on individual investment solutions for permanent residency or citizenship programs in the U.S.
- Ensuring follow-up with clients from prospecting to closing deals and becoming our partners.
- Conducting suitable add-on services and cross-selling to existing clients- Fluency in English (all skills)
- At least 2 years with solid experience in sales
- EB5 immigration investment sales experience required, having experience in L1A, E-2, EB3 sales is an advantage
- Strong ability to convince people and build trust with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills, working experiences with VIP guests is a plus
