• Intern will involve into production process include:
o Perform standard tests to ensure proper operation of UPW/WWT/RCY and related systems while troubleshooting components when there are problems.
o Perform minor maintenance and repair of equipment, including rebuilding pumps; coordinate standard PMs with maintenance department
o Calibrate instrumentation per ISO work instructions
o Collect process stream samples and perform routine analysis on samples using laboratory equipment
o Maintain accurate records using databases, spreadsheets and other computer based programs
o Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment following the 5S standard guidelines.
o Maintain inventory of supplies and chemicals.
o Audit shift data for quality check.
o Assist with coordinating the day to day operations and tasks.
o Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.

• No experience is required
• Reference letter from University
• Machine & process experience is a plus.
• All Engineering & Industrial manufacturing major is required, preferred Environmental engineering major.
• Waiting for degree granted, Final year or Fresh graduate student.

+ Low to medium Technical & business English reading & writing skill
