This position plays a key role in aligning PLM functionality with business needs through analysis, configuration, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a skilled and detail- oriented Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Centric 8 PLM to support our team on a temporary basis (10 months), with the potential for a full- time role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main contact for Centric 8 PLM support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
· Stay current on PLM best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure PLM workflows accordingly.
· Perform testing and validation of PLM functionality and data accuracy.
· Implement system changes directly and collaborate with Centric Software for complex issues or vendor- supported enhancements.
· Monitor and maintain data integrity within PLM.
· Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
· Support PLM- related projects, including feature rollouts, process enhancements, and training.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes within retail, apparel, furniture, or consumer goods industries.
Practical experience configuring Centric 8 PLM, including workflows and data models.
2+ years of experience working with PLM systems – ideally Centric 8 PLM.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across technical and business teams.
Working knowledge of REST APIs for data automation and integration tasks.
Good written and spoken English communication skills are required.
Basic SQL skills are a plus.
